I uninstalled some apps the other day with “Remove unrequired dependencies” turned on. Since then the settings option is gone and can’t open it from desktop context menu either. Any way to fix this without a fresh install?

That didn’t happen to me though. Been Dual booting with windows for a month.
Have you switched that option off yet? 
See what was removed:
grep -i removed /var/log/pacman.log
You apparently removed at least gnome-control-center.
Yeah, log list shows that. Thanks for the help. Just downloaded it and everything’s fine now!
