System gets hanged after updating gnome 42.1

Hi All,

I recently updated my system to Gnome 42.1. I noticed that my system is getting hanged and everything freezes for sometime. I had to leave it as is it for few seconds before it starts working again normally.

It was not a problem before and how many applications i open all worked smoothly.

Can anyone help in getting troubleshoot?
Let me know any details that i can attach

My first guess would be that your RAM was full and it starts swapping pages to the disk.
