Sudden manjaro crash

My system is facing random crash, i recently purchased this laptop and i use it almost from morning to night straight without turning it off. I have noticed sudden crash of my system while running manjaro, i can’t guarantee that it doesn’t happen with windows10 (dual boot) as i use windows just for 1-2 hr

I didnt notice any crash pattern, i have seen sometimes i can use it full days without crash and sometime a crash happen anytime once in a day.

My system is already updated to latest and i am running a LTS kernel

It would be really helpful if anybody could just guide me where to look first
