Stuck on clean files blocks

I have no idea how to fix this, it’s the third time booting up Linux kde plasma on my system, I chose between windows and Linux during boot and chose Linux. My screen is black and in the top corner it’s says /dev/… clean files blocks
I cannot open a terminal with ctrl alt F2 and cannot turn of the power manually. I also don’t get a despondent with ctrl alt f4 or f3

What do I do???

  1. Use the Manjaro USB stick to boot the computer.
  2. manjaro-chroot -a on console as root.
  3. Check the log files, like dmesg or systemctl.
