Some windows have see through sections…
Same with some sections of the obs app minus the see through issue. Also for some reason when it comes to web cams and capture cards the interface glitches out and i cannot change anything in the window.
I have no idea where to start on fixing things.
did something similar with RPCS3 but not with the .appimage version so I am at a loss.
Sounds like a compositor issue. Using Kvantum for Qt applications and also running on Wayland session?

There is an update for that BIOS MSI MPG B550I GAMING EDGE WIFI AMD AM4 DDR4 M.2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 HDMI ITX Gaming Motherboard probably not chose the beta one, but the latest one before that.
You should switch to either 5.13 or 5.14 as AFAIK have better support for AMD GPUs.
Other than that, not sure what the issue could be as you run on X11 … Is this happening only with Qt applications?
Upon updating the Kernel and testing both 5.13 & 5.14 and updating to latest stable bios the issue is still here. Also how would I check if an application is a Qt one?
Each program has a Help>About section (most do) and there you can se on what engine was built on.
Qt or GTK (and other programming languages, but we are interested only in those two) so we know if that might be the issue.
I think it is a Qt problem as using anything like gtk or built for gnome apps seem to work completely fine
Then the only thing to look for fault, is the Kvantum engine for Qt themes. Personally i preferred to install on Gnome the advaita-qt
and qt5ct
packages, and use qt5 Settings to set the theme to adwaita-qt. Removed Kvantum and the themes of it. Then in /etc/environment i have this two entries:
QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1
QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="qt5ct"
All works and is consistent. Now, you might not like Adwaita, but maybe worth a try before going to try something else.
Perfect that’s seems to have fixed everything
