A preformatted text box is more suitable (use the </> button instead) – this creates a contained scrollable text box so that others are not forced to scoll to Mars and back, just to find anything relevant. I have modified your post this time. In future you are expected to do it properly yourself.

I note also that the links in post #2 were given for a reason – so that you would know how to present your posts – this is a respectful requirement of using this forum; and all it takes is a little time and effort on your part.

Regards.

i also notice sometimes it gives me a error that says

(process:61805): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: 20:13:48.737: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed wine: failed to open "c:\\windows\\system32\\steam.exe": c0000135 reaping pid: 61805 -- gameoverlayui(

What are you doing?
Are you trying to get your Windows Steam to run via wine ?

Is there a good reason, why you using 2 differend dedicated nvidia GPU’s?

I personally would remove the older nvidia 2060.

I would also use a SSD or NVMe for gaming instead a 1TB HDD for gaming.

But more important,
you have a more easy live if you backup your files and format your HDD as ext4, instead using a NTFS Partition.

I recall similar thread(s) where Steam games were shared between Windows and Manjaro (in a multiboot scenario) on an NTFS partition. The problem was similar, in that no games could be launched; likely due to permission incompatibility between Linux and NTFS.

One of the solutions presented was indeed to use a native Linux filesystem, instead of NTFS.

no somehow when i launch the games on linux, it tries to open thorugh steam, alsooo i notice it has broke my drives for windows, now on windows no games launch at all, on steam aswell so this issue broke both things now ._.

the 2 gpu, are for "AI and CUDA stuff also some blender rendering, i use my rtx3060 for my main sreen and the 2060 for the other screen, also the HDD worked before, but suddenly broke and did not mount so i had to use ntfs-3g and i notice it has not affected my windows system aswell.

You were advised earlier not to use ntfs-3g.

From your comment, it seems that your NTFS partition(s) are damaged and would not mount.

The ntfs3 kernel module prevents mounting an NTFS filesystem until you fix it properly using Windows chkdsk.

Switching to ntfs-3g does not magically fix this – any damage to the NTFS filesystem still remains, risking damage becoming progressively worse the more you use it.

Please see: [Primer] NTFS on Linux to understand why.

I created a Linux Gamer Guide with all important information. NTFS Area is listed there too:

after a long time of back to back, and 4 days i just decided to factory reset everything. it seems to work i also notice that also some issues by having proton installed on the NTFS driver, and not on the linux drive. and it seemed to fix it.

thanks for the help tho.
