Note that as from this update, KDE defaults to using Wayland.
If the issue persists after the update, I might suggest trying kernel 6.18 (LTS) to see if that provides any improvement.
I note that your BIOS/UEFI is rather old. Consider checking the ASRock site for an updated version. The latest available (non-beta) BIOS can often provide needed security mitigations and general improvements.
Once you have successfully updated your system, please edit your post (above) to include the newinxi output. From that point, Support for your issue can be resumed, if needed.
