Manjaro put the information out there. If Manjaro users choose to not read update announcements before updating, well… 
As a Testing branch user, I not only check the Announcements > Testing Updates section of the forum before any update; I also keep an eye on the Announcements > Unstable Updates topics to ensure that I am aware of potential issues which may arrive with the next Testing update.
