That is ok - just know this: the choice has no influence on the packages which are distributed with the ISO.
The size of the update depends on the number of packages installed with your system.
If you have several kernels with accompanying Nvidia drivers or you are using ROCM for AI you can easily get a download size of 3-4G with a net installation size of 8-12G.
So the advise is to do some housekeeping before you sync your system - clean up excess kernels, drivers and applications.
On my test laptop I have net download 856MB → expands to 7642MB installed.
