Well, 119, it completely f*cks up xfwm4 when the compositor is enabled … so maybe turn that one off for now … 590.44.01 feels similar. Only 580.105.08 was kinda stable in that regard, but had other regressions …
The XFCE desktop blinking issue is being tracked on an internal bug - 5758240. They can reproduce the issue and it is under investigation by NVIDIA engineers
