I made a mistake and ran the offered updates by pamac. I have been using Manjaro, because it supports so well my old mid 2009 macbook with kernel 5.4. Now nothing works.
Lightdm and X do not start. I cannot find and install proper nvidia drivers any more. The macbook has Nvidia 9400 and the kernel wants to have 340xx drivers, but I cannot find them. I found some AUR packages, but they do not compile and complain missing /usr/sources/linux. I have headers installed.
What can I do? Go back to Debian, I guess.
