I had multiple issues with PrtScr related shortcuts and some other packages not working well, so after some time I realized they all had the same root: the kinit package was missing after the most recent update.

I solved the puzzle by reporting another issue here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=441376 It seems there were multiple issues after marking kinit as orphan, so my system and some other apps were missing this package greatly. After installing it back, I have fixed the PrtScr related issues.
