All is fine. Thank you.
Same issue here: laptop keyboard doesn’t work.
My kernel: 4.4
Again: Same here.
Kernel 4.13 solved the issue.
Thanks @acutbal for the tips.
I noticed the same. Now I haven’t updated the laptop for some time and I have no idea when it started since I don’t use the laptop that much, and when I do I normally use a mouse, but after today’s update and after reading this message I also noticed the touchpad does not function anymore. Both buttons do work though.

[EDIT] @acutbal: Well, after upgrading the system with the kernel 4.13 running I can enter as always on my desktop.
I also upgraded to the 4.13 kernel but the touchpad does not work yet. Keyboard is still working.
remove bluetooth from autostart
From the bugs opened at Arch and FreeDesktop, it seems the issue is related to internal or PS/2 keyboard and mouse with LTS kernel. USB keyboard and mouse still work on those computers.
Some comments there seem to restrict the issue to HP laptops, but @DeMus post tells that other brands are concerned.
They also say keeping libinput at version 1.8.3-1 works as a workaround.
Thanks to @vertebrate who was the first to point the issue…
That’s rock !
No issue ! Many thanks !!
My bad, i didn’t check.
Perfect - thanks to the ManjaroTeam
Since Manjaro version 17.0.6, Steam can not be minimized / hidden in the system tray. This concerns the KDE Plasma, XFCE and Cinamon versions. So the problem is with every desktop. Otherwise Manjaro runs first cream. So if you click on the X, then Steam does not completely disappear, see screenshot.
So I did this update about 17.0.6 about a week ago. Then I noticed that with Steam … Since I still had the KDE plasma desktop as a standart. Then I completely reinstalled, the same problem. Even on the XFCE desktop, Steam can not solve itself from the taskbar.
Even if these are only minor things, I see everything.
Clear sailing. Xfce 4.13.
Manjaro best (“staff”) ever.
Not sure when this occured (as i only noticed it after reading your post and testing ^^), but i can confirm on KDE.
Otherwise, smooth update, thanks team!
Updated, rebooted, every is working so far, keyboard, touchpad and mouse.
I encountered the same issue with kernel 4.9. The keyboard works fine at the grub screen but not once I get to the login.
there is some reports of loss keyboard with laptop
if you are in this case downgrade libinput
*** need a warning coming in our forums for laptop and upgrade 03/11/2017 ***
i have already got user using kernel 4.13( irc). seem to fix the issue they are having. so there something up with 4.9 lts kernel.
In my case the situation on 4.9 and 4.13 are the same:
keyboard functions but touchpad does not.
