I keep getting a message that I should update my kernel, but I am already on the latest LTS one (5.15.59-1). I have gotten it twice since I updated yesterday.

mhwd-kernel --listinstalled

In Manjaro Settings Manager options, disable (or adjust) notifications for kernels (or other components). You may also want to install another kernel, you can do that too from Manjaro Settings Manager. Right click the icon in your system tray.
