SSD USB JMicron JMS567 ID 152d:0562 only works fine on Windows and mac

having some issues with my 2 tb seagate basic where the log looks somewhat similar to yours, the drive would seemingly disconnect every few minutes. plugging into a 2.0 usb port insted of a 3.0 usb port solved the issue. Not sure it we’re actually facing the same problem, might make my own post later if not.

These sticks are not compatible due used sectore size:

error message with Rufus.
These stickes are completly unusual, I don’t use them not even once.
The risk of data loss is too high
Best way: get your money back

I’m looking for firmware update on JMicron site but there is no MS567 controller.
