Error when loading Spyder fro CLI

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'astroid<=2.17.0-dev0,>=2.15.4' distribution was not found and is required by pylint

version of python-astroid installed is 2.15.2-1

V 2.15.4 is in Unstable

Rolled python-pylint back to 2.17.2-1
