"Speakers (unavailable)" Manjaro KDE

Hello.
I just fresh installed Manjaro KDE on my Elitebook 8440p. Now, I’ve had a problem where no sound is coming through the speakers, just my headphones. When I go to System Settings >> Audio >> Playback Devices >> Port:, it shows two options, “Headphones” and “Speakers (unavailable)”. Here is the output of System Information from settings.

Operating System: Manjaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.81.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.10.32-1-MANJARO
OS Type: 64-bit
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5 CPU M 540 @ 2.53GHz
Memory: 5.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: Mesa DRI Intel® HD Graphics

I’m having the exact same issue, however this is with a desktop. I can KIND OF get it working using pavucontrol, going to the configuration tab, and enabling the onboard sound card, but it still shows as unavailable, and I can’t select anything as it presents a blank profile in KDEs normal sound configuration and off as the only 2 options. It also doesn’t save this on reboot even using aslactl -store.
