Sound doesn't work

Hello i just installed Manjaro Xfce, and this is my first time to use Linux os.
after the installation, the sound doesn’t work. what can i do ?

Manufacturer has released 4 BIOS updates for this hardware since v F.09 so you should also consider updating system BIOS
