Something wrong with dash to dock

I did this by changing in GnomeTweaks “Appearance”
the current Theme and shell-theme to any other, (Yaru e.g,),
eventual alt F2 r
or log out, log in
(I use the matcha theme)
AND:

Dash to dock mispositioned at left full panel mode after April update

After the last major updates in Gnome tools (like gnome-shell, qgnomeplatform, gnome-calendar, and other tools), I’ve noticed that the Dash-to-dock was misplaced in Desktop. It seems that this was ‘moved’ down and there’s a space between the Dash-to-dock and top bar. Someone had this same issue? I have two laptops with Manjaro Gnome, in both, after that updates, the Dash-to-dock presented this problem. In both I used the standard themes (Adwaita and Match). gnome 40.0.0 gnome-shell 1:3.38.4+…
