Something is wrong with my locale settings

locale: Cannot set LC_CTYPE to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_MESSAGES to default locale: No such file or directory
locale: Cannot set LC_ALL to default locale: No such file or directory
LANG=en_DE.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE=“en_DE.UTF-8”
LC_NUMERIC=en_DE.UTF-8
LC_TIME=en_DE.UTF-8
LC_COLLATE=“en_DE.UTF-8”
LC_MONETARY=en_DE.UTF-8
LC_MESSAGES=“en_DE.UTF-8”
LC_PAPER=de_DE.UTF-8
LC_NAME=de_DE.UTF-8
LC_ADDRESS=de_DE.UTF-8
LC_TELEPHONE=de_DE.UTF-8
LC_MEASUREMENT=en_DE.UTF-8
LC_IDENTIFICATION=de_DE.UTF-8
LC_ALL=

I think the locale en_DE.UTF-8 does not exist. (In my Manjaro Setting it doesn’t appear.)

What do you want to use in German?
The keyboard or the translation of the entire Manjaro system?

Use manjaro-settings-manager utility.

it should be
de_DE.UTF-8

see on old forum

may be a bug in MSM langage

I forgot to say that his thread comes in the sequence of Getting Soulseek to work where a Manjaro Dev concluded that something is wrong with my locale setting especially LC_ALL=.

As i said there i use English as display language and German for formats.
