Some windows and dialogs are open in the right workspace, others are not

In i3, some apps open its window in the exactly workspace I’m in, others open it in the first workspace.

Some apps open dialogs in the same workspace as the parent app, others, open it in the first workspace.

For instance, Konsole opens dialogs in the same workspace Konsole was previously open. Clementine opens dialogs always in the first workspace (another one).

Why does this happen? Is there a workaround for this situation?

I am using Strawberry instead of Clementine and it is working as expected now.
