Some Sub-Menus, When Triggered Independently, Appear Cropped.

Example and steps to reproduce:

  1. Search for "touchpad" in Lower-left menu's Search Bar.
  2. Enter
  3. Notice it's cropped.
  4. Now Close window.
  5. From the lower-left menu launch System Settings.
  6. Once inside System Settings, type "touchpad" on top-left Search Bar.
  7. Select Input Devices
  8. Notice it's NOT cropped.

For me, in neither case is it full-screen.
Yes, 1 is a smaller window than 5.
In 5, I see the scroll bar, but in 1, I do not see the scroll bar, but when I hover in that area I see the arrows which work to scroll (not default, but I have set them via Application Style > Breeze > Configure Application Style (the icon to the right) > Scroll Bars > Top and Bottom > Two Button).

That makes two of us! (Unfortunately)

Somebody from the DEV team now needs to confirm this bug.

Not from DEV team, but i can't confirm the issue you describe. Works perfectly fine on my end, testing branch:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.59.0
Qt Version: 5.13.0

Are you talking about the KDE Plasma GIT version in your case?

This is unlikely to be a packaging bug (and even if it were, Manjaro generally inherits its KDE packages directly from Arch, and good luck posting there), so I recommend you create a bug report further upstream:

HIDPI by any chance? Testing branch as well.

Will spin up a live environment since a VM won't do in a case like this.

And the only funky stuff i have seen, but manageable, are in the KDE Plasma GIT version i have installed on VBox and on different rig i don't use that much. No scaling factor, so maybe that is why.

The update to KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.3 and KDE Frameworks Version: 5.60.0 didn't fix any of the issues you mentioned for you?

No, unfortunately.

Well, in that case I'll install Manjaro "testing" using M-A on a maching with matching dpi. :+1:

EDIT: friday (not doable tomorrow).
