Snip&sketch and Paint like apllications in KDE

i’d like to be able to choose the area i’m taking a screenshot of,like in snip&sketch or the inbuilt Firefox screenshot utility.i haven’t been able to do so with spectacle.

also i need a simple tool like MSpaint where i can crop pictures or use a marker to erase on screen info etc.

Spectacle does that: Mod+Shift+prt sc or spectacle -r.

Amazing,thanks.
i can select a specific area with the shortcut you gave and also annotate with Spectacle,
and crop with Gwenview.
