Small (~3 sec) freezes After moving mouse or typing (Im a newbie)

Hello guys!
I installed cinnamon manjaro yesterday, so i am a newbie.
I have been having this issue where i my computer freezes for like 2-3, when this happens the display freezes, and i cant interact with anything. Today it has been happening a lot when i started watching a friend’s stream on Discord.

Im on a desktop pc using dual boot.
Hardware:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: AMD RX 6900XT
RAM: Kingston Fury 32GB(2x16) DDR4 3600Mhz
Memory: 480GB NVME; 1TB HDD(Very old); 2TB HDD (only like 9 months of use)
Monitor: ASUS VG27WQ1B 165Hz 1440p 27’

I took 200GB of the 2TB HDD and assigned it to manjaro for the dual boot.

Last 3 times it froze i checked the Task Manager right after it happened and it had spikes on cpu usage, but only one core (different spikes used different cores)

Could this be because of my HDD not being fast enough?
Is there a way to gather information about those crashes to help with the troubleshoot?
How do i fix it?

Maybe start with a

inxi -Fazy

Sure!, here is the output. I have to sleep now but tomorrow i will check the [HowTo]Find error logs and update on the info.
