Slow speed in 802.11ax wifi6 connectivity

My department upgraded their routers and its a wifi6 connectivity where i am facing very slow connection speed in manjaro. I dont know if its a hardware spec or a driver issue. It connects to the router and the speed is very low. i get only 2mbps where others get 192mbps average!!!
i will share my driver details below.

02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 15)
03:00.0 Network controller: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)

Hello @shamnad_sherief

Have a look here: https://www.qualcomm.com/products/qca9565

supporting an 802.11n connection at up to 72.2 Mbps for 20 MHz and 150 Mbps for 40 MHz channel operations respectively, and IEEE 802.11a/b/g data rates.

If only 802.11ax is enabled on the router, then I assume that your wifi device will you use the 802.11a standard. But not sure. However, that could explain the low transfer rates.

Using the 5 GHz band gives 802.11a a significant advantage, since the 2.4 GHz band is heavily used to the point of being crowded. Degradation caused by such conflicts can cause frequent dropped connections and degradation of service.

So my conclusion is that it uses the 802.11a standard on the 2.4Ghz, which cause massive problems and degradation, but that is roughly a guess.
