Slow performance (probably video problem) Iris xe + 1335U I7 gen 13th

Hello guys,
I am using lenovo thinkpad gen 4 T14
I have some performance Issue, when I use intellij my video is rly lagged and slow (in vscode after using 10-30min), all video context menu lagging (like 0.5s performance issue)
right click in desctop same problem.
I thinked before is throttling but not 90C tempreture, and perforance CPU not bad…
I am probably new in this community try to do first topic, but using manjaro around 3 years in a lot of PC and laptops…

Have you checked task list and CPU and RAM utilisation in Htop already?

Yeap. CPU had around 35-55% and lagging :(, I setting up performance for my CPU but not working too

Totaly lagging alt tab + if I wanna move window between screens or resize…,
working just slack, crome and bitwarden (I guess electron will be).

Ok I cant post images :(, but in htop everything is clear I guess

Disable Desktop Effects:

System Settings > Window Management > Desktop Effects

not helping me when i resize window, I have 2 more screens, each is 60hz like my laptop, and for me is first time this problem.
Reinstall Manjaro and today was some banch of updates with video,
Looks like Intellij Idea not lagging, like indexing is faster… but Popovers laaging and resizing windows really annoying.
Btw thanks for helping guys

Thanks for helping.
My solution:
IRIS xe very bad now with plasma KDE, I switch to gnoome and everything is fast and fine.
My friend see some article about this, sorry I havent url for this…
