Slow PC, FSCK runs at every boot and login appears after some minutes

I am trying to figure out why fsck is run at every boot getting into login screen after a while.

If you have fsck set in mkinitcpio hooks it will run on every boot. That is normal.

Ok. I took it out so it doesn’t run. But how can I be sure nothing is happening with the RAID setups? I rebooted and it gets a disk busy and it is advancing slow. Now I hit ESC and I am not show with a console screen with FSCK messages

Yes. However, what is NOT normal is the errors reported in his log.

Bad idea. Pretending the problem doesn’t exist doesn’t make it go away. You have many file system errors that you need to address. See fsck - ArchWiki
