Could you tell me which color profile to choose for my Manjaro Xfce laptop:
I sometimes do photo and video edition, but I am not sure if it is relevant here.

Hi,
i guess You should use a profile based on what You do.
Usually AdobeRGB for photos, sRGB for web or other stuff, but this is just a generic answer.
