Setup PIN for Steam?

OK I read somewhere, maybe another Forum that A Steam User can setup a PIN to prevent their Steam Account from getting Hijacked.

I looked but I can’t see where in the Settings to do this. I’m here due to Valve Steam being the only Gaming Service I use to get from Games on Linux.
