Setting cstate=1 because of freezes is bad for battery life

Hi, I just installed a fresh Manjaro i3 on my new Acer Aspire A514-54. After fixing a bunch of problems related to sound, bluetooth audio, I am just left with one issue that has something to do with cstates.

When I boot the laptop with the default cstate of 3 in grub options, after some heavy operations, it just froze in the middle with nothing working, no inputs nothing. My only solution was to hard restart by long pressing the power key.

I have now set it to 1, but this has caused a huge issue with my battery lasting around 3 hours for 70% of usage.

I want to dive deep and understand why this maybe happening, journalctl has nothing here so looking for the next set of steps.

Thanks!
