So I get errors trying to seed from an other harddrive (exfat) outside home folder. I have write permissions, harddrive is mounted of course. What am I missing.
What application are you using?
Is the drive mounted, so the user that runs the application can see it?
I don’t think exfat supports Linux permissions as such, so it has to be done at mount time.
Transmission. I dunno what you mean with user that runs the app can see it?.
Well it’s working now out of the blue, I don’t know what was going on. Problem fixed, thanks for reply.
