the problem(s) is finally solved! I have 2 monitors + laptop’s built-in one
I am so happy!

Thanks to the great help of @pobrn
Solution found:

  1. To modify configuration to use nvidia card only
  2. To use optimus-manager for switching to nvidia card and make sure nvidia is used
