just got a fresh install of manjaro 21.1.6
after some inactivity, the screen slowly fades and dims out which is normal, but then it won’t turn off the display completely. i can see the backlight is still on in the laptop screen, and the second monitor wont go into power saving mode neither. they just stay On, displaying a black screen.
shouldn’t the displays be turned off after the dim-out animation? it is an intermediate transition.
running “xset dpms force off” DOES turn them off correctly, so its not a driver issue or something
