Manjaro (kde / gnome) 20.2 Screen brightness

hi there
i installed manjaro (kde / gnome) 20.2 , but screen brightness on my laptop ( intel/nvidia 1050 graphic card ) does not work. i can not increase or decrease that and that is invariable.
thanks for any help
