Scaling problems

Everytime I try to rescale my system, I get this problem. I want to use 1080p 60Hz while also using all of my screen. How should I fix this?

So as I was configuring my monitor display settings, this showed up. All I can see in my settings are scaling resolutions (1920 x 1080, 1280 x 720). But I don’t see anything that says 1080p 60Hz. How should I fix this?

Can you post /var/log/Xorg.0.log ?

And some system info ? - inxi -Fza

Xor.0.log is a log file.
You can access it with an editor or less /var/log/Xorg.0.log.

It was too long so I just pasted it in pastebin.
I used touch Xorg_0_log.txt; cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log > Xorg_0_log.txt so that I can copy all of them easily.

Can you post /etc/X11/xorg.conf ?

And you can directly transfer the log file to a text file without touch.

~ » /etc/X11/xorg.conf 1 ↵ soumi@Hori
zsh: no such file or directory: /etc/X11/xorg.conf

So I just need to cat it? Thanks! Didn’t know about that

Have a look here: ConfigurationHelp

If the auo config does not work for some reason, then you must setup xorg.conf manually.
