Unable to update - synchronize database error

Hello
kindly assist i had a board issues on my Lenovo laptop after fixing i cannot update my Laptop it cannot synchronize database error

Quickfix in 99% of the cases:

sudo pacman-mirrors -f 5 && sudo pacman -Syyu

For everything else you can read the topic how to request support and provide system info in the tutorial section.
And in the future also please use the search function of the forum and try to think of a relevant title for your topic. I will correct it now. The kernel tag is also irrelevant but i do not have the permissions to delete it, so do it yourself.
