RetroArch doesn't recognize an USB gamepad with OpenRC

Hi everyone!
I have Manjaro KDE OpenRC installed a time ago with Manjaro Architect, and everything runs great except for RetroArch.
When I try to play with an USB gamepad in RetroArch, it doesn’t recognize it. And I know it’s not a issue with my gamepad and the system because the gamepad works with a game called OpenTyrian, and because the KDE configuration recognizes the gamepad:

Plus when I run udevadm monitor, it shows:

~ >>> udevadm monitor
monitor will print the received events for:
UDEV - the event which udev sends out after rule processing
KERNEL - the kernel uevent

This is the output of retroarch --verbose (in Pastebin because it’s long):
https://pastebin.com/u3C6dH1i

I guess the most important part of the log is from the line 67:

RetroArch [INFO] :: [udev]: Hotplug add: /dev/input/js0.
RetroArch [INFO] :: [udev]: Hotplug add: /dev/input/event9.

I have another PC with official Manjaro KDE, what includes systemd. In systemd RetroArch works good with my gamepad. Here is the output from RetroArch in systemd:

https://pastebin.com/rR3JbShD

Starting with the line 65 it shows:

RetroArch [INFO] :: [udev]: Hotplug add: /dev/input/js0.
RetroArch [INFO] :: [udev]: Hotplug add: /dev/input/event15.
RetroArch [INFO] :: [udev]: Plugged pad: 2-Axis,8-Button (1411:40960) on port #0.
RetroArch [INFO] :: [Autodetect]: 180 profiles found.
RetroArch [INFO] :: [udev]: Pad #0 (/dev/input/event15) supports 0 force feedback effects.

And the gamepad runs good.

My gamepad is a Genius MaxFire G-08XU.

What I can do for make RetroArch work with my gamepad in OpenRC? I have no idea what to do now.
