Restarting with Closed Lid in Docking Station

First time Linux user. Installed Manjaro KDE. I am plugged into a docking station 99% of the time. When I boot with my laptop lid open, everything seems to work fine (plugged into dock or not). When I restart/fresh boot with laptop lid closed, my external monitors don’t engage and turn on. After unplugging, the laptop screen doesn’t turn on either, and I have to manually hold the power button to turn off.

My issue seems very similar to this:

Here is my inxi output. I hope someone can help as I like the speed of Manjaro, but as a new user, I may have to switch back to Ubuntu (which had its own issues for me that took some time to resolve).

I have the same problem, also if no docking station is in use and without using of an external monitor. It would be wonderful if someone has a solution for it.

I’m working on a similar problem, see this thread:
