Dual AMD GPUs | output card one, no output card two

I get output from Pitcairn > Asus (Screen 0) just fine. No output from Navi > Dell, monitor stays asleep.

GPU to monitor, DisplayPort to DisplayPort.
Both cards recognized in BIOS.
Both display controllers appear in Hardware Config.
Dualboot Windows - setup worked out of the box, for what it’s worth.

Both monitors are recognized in Display Configuration but the Dell is disabled. When I enable the Dell, I get one of two results.

  1. system lock up
  2. extreme frame loss on Asus, ~5-10 fps, stutter. Dell remains asleep, no reaction.
