Same issue, It may be included in 5.16 or 5.17 kernel but till then you can follow this guide [HowTo] Build a (patched) kernel module. Also you only need to patch btusb.c file.
After building the kernel you will see the btusb.ko file.
You will have to repeat the process if you update your kernel.
