sudo pacman-mirrors -f 5 && sudo pkgfile -u && sudo pacman -Syyu
But as @mithrial says, next time please use the forum’s search function. There’s a reason as to why this forum exists, and we expect that our members would be just as capable of reading as they are of writing.
Your problem has already been addressed like 100 times in the last five days, and it could all have been avoided if people were to read the first two posts of the Stable Updates announcement threads.
