linux-firmware changes

With linux-firmware 20250613.12fe085f-1, firmware is now split into several vendor-focused packages. linux-firmware is now a meta package depending on the default set of firmware.

To keep only needed firmware packages, remove linux-firmware-meta and unneeded packages then mark needed packages as explicitly installed.
