Remove battery reporting from i3 status bar

I using Manjaro i3 on a desktop computer. I don’t need “No battery” displaying in my i3 status bar. I’m trying to remove it

I copied /etc/i3status.conf to ~/.config/i3status/conf and commented out anything to do with the battery ie order and battery all.

I still get the No Battery reporting.

Do I need to change the copy in /etc/i3status.conf also? I didn’t think it was necessary

Oops. I was supposed to copy to ~/.config/i3status/config, not conf.

When I fixed that, it works as I wanted it to.
