Regiment or freezer ?!

Hello friends
I recently installed Linux Manjaro GNOME (Linux 5.7.17-2-MANJARO x86_64 20.1 Mikah)
It was not a problem until a few days after installation, but after a few days, when my laptop is suspended, it does not wake up!
I have to turn off the laptop using the on / off button, and turn it on again so that it is correct and I can log in and use it.
While I was watching the video today, I suddenly stopped and had to repeat what I described above so that I could log in.
I’m learning programming and this problem bothers me.
According to the battery information, how long should the charge be kept?
I feel like my charge runs out in less than two hours? !!! :frowning:(
Why is the battery consumption so high, especially when no program is open, it still reduces the charge as when I am using the program!!!
Please help me.
