since few days my wife is user of Manjaro. In few years I didn’t notice that mirror printing on Linux is so terrible. My wife has to use this opiton very often, but she is not ready for terminal. How can we add the mirror option to be quick choosen from the FreeOffice window?

I don’t understand the language in your image - yet another reason images should not be used.
It depends on the printer driver.
If language is polish then perhaps @Tomek or @napcok can help.
Wouldn’t mirror printing involve you flipping the image or text (along the horizontal or vertical axis)
and then print it?
I don’t think it is a common option in many printer drivers.
