Random freezes, no cues from log

Hi there,
i try to make the jump from windows to manjaro. At the moment i am dualbooting with win 10.

Ever since i started to use manjaro more, i get random freezes: the mouse wont move and the screen won’t update. It does not seem to be any particular program, happens in thunderbird, dolphin, system settings, etc. I never had this problem with the win 10 install. My SO reported some crashes on her win 10 user account with citrix workspace, but i didnt think any of that, because it didn’t happen to me on my account ever.
I tried to activate REISUB and it does work sometimes, but recently it won’t work, i have to hard reset. I did a memtest (via grub) and it passed.
