Wake up Displays after hibernation when "lock screens in power saving mode" is set

It is really just very minor inconvenience. When you enable “Lock screen when system enters power saving mode” in Xfce Power Management Settings, send the System to hibernation and then wake it up again with a keypress, the displays stay offline until you press another button or move the mouse.

If this option is not set, the displays wake up by themself after the first button press.

Desired behavior would be that the displays wake up even if this option is set and show the login screen.
