Qualcomm AX500 bluetooth and wifi issues

Hello, I am new to manjaro and new to linux. I am having issues with my bluetooth and and wifi. After boot, only one of them works at a time. Sometimes the wifi card is not found or it is found but it cannot find any wifi network. Other times, I can turn the bluetooth on but I cannot see available devices. Seems like bluetooth is only on according to the UI toggle but there is something missing.

on shutdown, I always see

Any update on this? Wifi is now stable but not bluetooth
