QEMU Unique GPU Passthrough

Hello,
I have a unique problem that is blocking me from removing my Windows dual boot with Manjaro.
I need a QEMU Windows 10 VM with a dedicated GPU, so I heard that I needed to use PCI passthrought for this. The problem is I only see 2 GPU configs doing this, but I only have 1 GPU (GTX 1060 6Go).
Is it possible to do some PCI Passthrought anyway ?

When you isolate the GPU for the VM

Once you reboot after this procedure, whatever GPU you have configured will no longer be usable on the host until you reverse the manipulation. Make sure the GPU you intend to use on the host is properly configured before doing this - your motherboard should be set to display using the host GPU.
