Python 3.9.0 Install

I have Manjaro 20.1.2 Stable … Is it possible if I can Uninstall Python 3.8 and Install Python 3.9 as Default !!!

It even isn’t on Arch. Wait a while until developers compile source code and test package.

If you want and know how you can install 3.9 alongside. Don’t even try removing 3.8, it’s very important for most components of your system. But in that case you would know it and not ask such noobish question :stuck_out_tongue:

Arch updates python to 3.9.0 today.

Edit: Manjaro can also receive this update now using unstable branch. Be aware that some packages might be broken.
